Diamond Sports Park is going to have a Fall season for Middle School Baseball and Softball. The season will start September 9th and go through the beginning of November. This is a more relaxed season than the spring season. Every player that registers will play for a division on their school team. Tryouts will be held at Diamond Sports Park September 9th and 10th, to determine what level each player will play at All players that are trying out MUST register on the website prior to trying out. There will a $125 registration fee. This fee goes towards jerseys and hats as well as field maintenance and umpires. There will be one practice a week as well as one game a week for each team. Games will be held on Monday and Tuesday nights. Mandatory Coaches Meeting will be held the 28th of August at 6pm for both softball and baseball. Players that are entering grades 5-8 are eligible to register. Any player that is attending a private school or out of county is also encouraged to register and teams with be formed accordingly.

Diamond Sports Park is located at SW 122nd Street (Parker Road) and is undergoing substantial renovations, and will soon, once again, be a premier destination for sporting events in our community. Diamond is the home of i9 Sports and the Alachua County Middle School Baseball & Softball Program, and will soon start hosting travel baseball / softball and other tournaments, bringing visitors from all over Florida and beyond. More than 1000 people currently visit Diamond on the weekends for i9 Sports, and another 1000 will be in attendance on weeknights for the Middle School Baseball and Softball games. With 11 fields, a newly renovated concession area, and professional management on site, Diamond Sports Park is once again, THE place to play!
Registration ends September 12th
Diamond Sports Park is forming a Fall league. Registration can be found at the bottom. The fees will be $500 per team this will INCLUDE umpire and gate fee. Games will be played on Thursday nights with 630 and 745 start times. Concession stand will be open and running and professional umpires will be calling the games.
